Do Good, Eat Good.

Do Good, Eat Good.

How does this work?

    • Dates! We’ll figure out what works best for both of our schedules, but right now I have open: July 9th, 10th, 11th, 23rd, 24th; August 6th, 7th, 8th, 13th, 14th, 15th; possibly May 28th-30th and June 4th-6th if the fundraiser goes gangbusters and I can choose someone early.

    • Dinner is BYOB (happy to give some beverage recs). I’ll have ice and stemware and a pretty decent bar setup if you want to make your own cocktails, and if you need anything cold like juice or seltzer we can figure that out ahead of time.

    • I have a dog! She’s very chill and very cute and loves attention, you’ve probably seen us walking if you live in the neighborhood. I can totally put her in a separate room the whole time too, BUT if you have severe allergies or an aversion to dogs, this might not be the thing for you.

    • Same goes for severe food allergies - happy to work around certain limitations but ultimately this is just my home kitchen, and I cook with nuts, gluten, and all sorts of allergens regularly. I do have an epi-pen, though.

    • This is a very informally organized raffle-y thing for a very real and wonderful cause. Be normal about it.

  1. You donate $25 (or more, I can’t stop you) to my fundraising page.

(Include the words “Fairmount Supper Club” in there somewhere.)

  2. Near the end of May, I will pick a winner randomly.

  3. We’ll collab on a date and a menu.

  4. You bring five of your friends to a delicious, intimate, multi-course meal in my home.

More info on the food, the cause, and this contest are below!

Fairmount Supper Club is the pretentious name I’ve been giving to dinner parties that I have been throwing at my apartment in the beautiful Fairmount neighborhood of Philadelphia. I used to be a line cook but pretty quickly learned I had neither the skills nor the mental fortitude to commit to it, so now I have a boring office job and cook at home where nobody yells at me for dropping a bain-marie full of spatulas.

All this is to say, I’m pretty good at cooking! There’s a little gallery of pictures, I hope the tastiness of the food and the cozy vibes of my home come through.

Fairmount Supper Club

Just, completely magical. Everything was incredible, the vibes were off the charts.
— my bestie Andrew
I’m crying, I can’t believe it, everything is so good.
— Carmen (the tiny Italian woman who taught me to cook)
...an extra-ordinary meal from a singularly unexpected source.

Change Up Sports

Change Up Sports is a Philly-based nonprofit focused on partnering with community centers, schools, camps, community organizations, and other nonprofits to provide fun, safe, and positive recreational and development opportunities for kids of all skill and experience levels at no cost to them or their families.

In June, I will be participating in their Softball for Success program in Freetown, Sierra Leone. In addition to providing dozens of girls with a safe space for recreation and instruction, we go well beyond this supporting girls & women’s health initiatives, school funding, food security, housing stability, and much more. Learn more about the program here.
